My living habits have changed considerably since last year. I now:
- floss daily
- use bar soap instead of liquid soap
- shower without the heater
- drink skimmed milk instead of low-fat
- eat fruits almost daily
- completely forego rice
- eat wholemeal bread instead of white bread
I'm just one evangelist away from becoming a fully-fledged puritan, methinks. This is called delayed gratification. Though if Socrates questioned me, I probably wouldn't have a good explanation for delaying gratification.
I'm becoming super hung up about food and nutrition, that I even use my spare time to look up exercise and fitness tips. As a result, my capacity to think intellectually has diminished. It's true; the more I channel my self-discipline into one aspect of my life, another aspect of it suffers.
Life is good, isn't it? Nice and simple.
Life dissected, for your voyueristic pleasure.
